Scenario:
I received the above error when I am trying to install the 10.1.3.1.0 version of BPEL Process Manager.
I do not see problem with the space available[o MB available!].I believe it has more to do with the installer logic.

For Vista
Go to the run prompt and type Performance Information and tools,
Among the tasks, click on Adjust Visual effects
In the Performance Options window, click on the Advanced tab
then click on change for the virtual memory
check "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives"

2) Right-click on My computer
Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced > Performance .. Settings > Advanced > change
a)There uncheck "Automatically manage bla"
b)select custom size
c)Set there 3000 and 4000
d) «Set», Ok-ok-ok-ok-ok-«restart later»
