Issue
Table level event rules implemented on the table F0006 is not working as expected when DML operations are initiated from web server.
Observation
Table triggers initiated from Batch/Enterprise/FAT client/Web development clients work properly. After troubleshooting the logs, we have concluded that COK didn't get the request from JAS
Fix
1) MOS says this is a known issue with auto generation of serialized specifications and been fixed in the TR 9.1.4.4.So upgrade to tools release 9.1.4.4
2) As a work around, generate the serialize specifications for the tables manually
