If you still observe that the Reply list entry you just added is not taking into effect, do the following tests
1]Check your reply list entry using WRKRPYLE
2]Identify the Job description used by your user profile using DSPUSRPRPF
3]Display the job profile description and see if the "Inquiry message reply" is set to *SYSRPYL.If it set to *RQD then you should change to *SYSRPYL.
